Does my school system really need a Disaster Prevention and Recovery Plan?

Back-up data files are not adequate for a full recovery of most software applications. A typical back-up file is a limited, encrypted data set that merely replaces a lost file. For full recovery, a school system needs configurations and detailed set-up documentation. A back-up file is also not in a format that can be shared with other applications or read successfully in the event the data must be imported into another application.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.
 
 
Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you live in Texas and are tax exempt you do not have to pay sales tax (*see below).
If you live outside of Texas, you do not have to pay sales tax.
If you live in Texas and are NOT tax exempt you will have to pay sales tax.
 
*If you live in Texas and are tax exempt, please fax the Texas Tax Exempt Form to ESP at 512-879-5399. To purchase our products, go to our home page, check the “Tax Exempt” box and either choose “Pay by Credit Card” or “Pay by Check” for the product(s) you would like to purchase. During this process you will not be charged sales tax.
 
 
How soon will I have my DPR documents?
If you pay by credit card, you will receive a case-sensitive username and password to download your documents immediately after your transaction has been approved. You will also receive an email with the same information. Be sure to save the email so that you may easily return to the site where the DPR documents are available for download.
 
If you pay by check or purchase order, your transaction will be processed after we receive funds from your banking institution. Please feel free to check on your order by contacting us anytime.

How much will my shipping charges be? 
You will not incur shipping charges. All of our products are downloadable documents. You must provide us with an email address so that we may send you the documents you ordered.
